How do I invite family members? Open the Family tab, tap Invite, and share your family invite code. Members enter it when they sign up to join your shared space.
How do I manage my subscription? FamilyCamp+ is billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings (iPhone: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).
How do I reset my password? On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and follow the emailed instructions.
How do I delete my account or data? Go to Settings → Privacy in the app, or email us and we'll process your request.
Is my family's data private? Yes. Your data is only visible to members of your family space. See our Privacy Policy for details.
